Our Hand Warmers/ Cold Packs are made out of flannel or cotton, filled with corn. If you want them as hand warmers, microwave for 30 seconds up to one minute. Caution: Hot when microwaved, use with care. If you chose them as cold packs, put them in the freezer overnight. The Hot/Cold Packs can be used as a sensory tool with a calming effect.
